Drop Off Appointments

If our normal business hours do not work with your schedule you can call and make a drop-off appointment. Your pet will stay with us throughout the work day and you will be updated on your pet’s examination and diagnosis by phone. ‭

Deposit Fee Required for New Client Appointments

A deposit fee is required for appointments for new clients. The deposit will be equal to the cost of the exam fee, and will be taken at the time an appointment is booked as a credit on your account with us. At the time of exam, the credit will be applied to the total cost of the visit that day.

The policy will be extended to new clients, and to established clients with a history of one or more missed appointments. If a scheduled appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior, the deposit will be refunded; if the appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
