The main requirement for joining our team is a life-long love of animals. Every member of our staff knew from a young age that they wanted to devote their careers to pet welfare. Dr. Ashley Gardner Sorice

DVM

Originally from Western Pennsylvania, Dr. Ashley Sorice is a graduate from Ross University Veterinary School with clinical training at the University of Florida Veterinary School. She has been practicing in Bradenton area for over 13 years. She enjoys spending time enjoying Florida’s beautiful coast with her family and three dogs.

Dr. Eric Steinberg

DVM

Dr. Steinberg grew up on Long Island. He found his passion with animals at a very young age when he witnessed a female rabbit and her kits being rescued from a grate in his grandparents’ backyard. The experience left a lasting impression on him and with the realization that he wanted to become a veterinarian.

Dr. Steinberg received his DVM from The Ohio State University, and did his residency at Penn State College of Medicine while getting his Master’s degree. Following his residency, he was on faculty at Columbia University and Albert Einstein College of Medicine while working in emergency and exotic animal medicine for many years.

Dr. Steinberg currently resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife, Mandy, two beautiful daughters and two dogs. He enjoys traveling having visited at least 15 countries, hiking, fishing, trying new foods, and is passionate about the Mets, Jets and Islanders, and of course, the Buckeyes.

Dr. Salina Samnani

DVM

Dr. Samnani joined our team as an Associate Veterinarian July 2025. Dr. Samnani holds a strong belief that the human animal bond is truly a special connection and finds immense fulfillment in helping pets live long, healthy, and happy lives with their families.

A life long lover of animals Dr. Samnani pursued her passion by earning her Biological Sciences degree (Bsc) from the University of Calgary in Canada. She then went on to pursue her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at St. George’s and Cornell University graduating in 2020. Her dedication to continued learning ensures she remains at the forefront of veterinary advancements, always seeking innovative approaches to animal care.

She has a particular interest in preventative medicine and soft tissue surgery. Her commitment to patient care extends to building strong relationships with clients, empowering them with knowledge about their pets health and well – being. When not at the clinic Dr. Samnani enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, interior design, fashion and beach days.
